Summary:
We added a hot tub and BBQ in April 2023! This 1-bed, 1-bath unit features a newly-updated, tastefully-decorated loft, complete with private bedroom with king size bed, en-suite private bathroom with shower/tub insert, full kitchen, on-site laundry set, drip coffee maker and coffee, air mattress, Roku TV and WiFi. Hot tub and propane BBQ is available in back yard! Pets must be approved prior to booking. Locals must submit inquiry prior to booking. Street parking is free.
The Space:
This unit is located within minutes of the interstate, airport, downtown Spokane and so much more! You'll feel right at home in this tastefully-decorated and newly-renovated modern unit, with the convenience of modern amenities. We offer a private space, all your own, in this upstairs historic four-plex with private bedroom, living room with Roku TV, WiFi, sofa, coffee table and reclining chair. As of April 2023, apartment building has installed a hot tub in the fully-fenced back yard. The hot tub and propane BBQ is shared with 3 other apartments, so please follow the rules and be mindful of other guests AND quiet hours. Pets are not allowed to be off leash anywhere outside of your apartment.
You'll enter this unit through the front of the four-plex and be met with the common hallway where the laundry set is located. You'll go up one flight of stairs to the front door of the apartment where, upon entering your door code, you'll enter the apartment and be welcomed into the living room.
The living room boasts ample space to relax and also to enjoy streaming shows. The bedroom boasts plenty of personal space, a king size bed with night stands and lamps at each side, and en-suite bathroom with shower/tub insert. We offer shampoo, conditioner and body wash for guests to use.
Air mattress is stored in the bedroom closet, but may be set up in the living room.
The kitchen features a seamless arrangement of cooking space, island with seating, and dining room with wood table and seating for six. You'll enjoy use of the stove/oven, dishes and utensils, toaster, microwave, automatic drip coffee maker (coffee offered), stovetop tea kettle (tea offered), and full-size refrigerator/freezer combo.
You are welcome to cook in this unit, stocked with pots, pans, dishes and silverware, or choose to order from many of the local delivery options! Many downtown restaurants also offer delivery, or you can take advantage of services like UberEats or DoorDash.
The laundry set is in the hallway downstairs and laundry detergent is provided for guests to use. Although this has a smart lock on the exterior door, we may permit cleaners or other guests to use the laundry set. Please keep your apartment door closed and don't allow pets to roam freely from the apartment into the downstairs laundry area or in the back yard.

Security cameras are located on the exterior of doors, and they face the street. We do not have cameras nor recording devices in, nor facing into, any private areas.
Pet fee is $20 per night for the first pet, and $15 per night for additional pets.
Make sure you pick up pet waste right away. The back yard, especially, is shared among guests and the spa and BBQ area must remain waste-free at all times.

Life in Downtown Spokane: Unit is close to freeway and train rail and can be noisy during high traffic times. There may also be moderate foot traffic from neighbors or folks who live/work downtown. This apartment is nestled on the lower South Hill, right in the midst of bustling city life.
