We’re conveniently located in the lovely, tree-line neighborhood of Wesley Heights, just a few short minutes from City Center and all it has to offer, including Bank of America Stadium, Truist Field, performance spaces and numerous restaurants, shops and nightlife. Wesley Heights is one of the latest resurgent areas in Charlotte replete with young professional residents, breweries, shops, eateries, parks and greenways.

A LUXURY SPACE TASTEFULLY CURATED FOR DISCERNING GUESTS
Our accommodations at the Arches includes four floors of modern and stylishly designed living space featuring two bedrooms, each on their own floor, providing separate guest suites with private bathrooms.
The main living area is on the first level featuring a comfortable environment for work, relaxing and enjoying the entertainment options we provide throughout the condominium. If more sleeping room is needed for up to two additional guests, we provide a full-sized pull out sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with premium appliances and amenities for guests who would like to prepare a meal when not taking advantage of the many restaurants in the area.
Our full sized laundry room is on the third floor with LG washer and dryer, ironing equipment and laundering supplies.
And for those who love having an outdoor space to relax, a Parisian style terrace with a view of Uptown is on the upper floor where guests can sip wine while listening to music and enjoy morning coffee and breakfast al fresco.

No pets allowed. A fee of $450 charge will be applied for non-compliance.

We have a zero tolerance for parties, unruly behavior, loud noise/music, disrespectful or unlawful activities. Violations will warrant forfeiture of the entire reservation and may incur additional fees. Please be aware that the property is monitored by technology that tracks the number of people in the property and noise level.
No smoking of any substance. Smoking is monitored through technology and a fee of $750 will be applied if detected.
For our guests’ safety and security, there are only outdoor cameras for security and no cameras within the property.
