Located in Seattle's Queen Anne neighborhood just a few blocks from the iconic Space Needle, this 1891 Victorian is one of the great homes of Seattle. Your stay will be memorable, not only for the exciting city just outside your door but also for the warm and historic home that is yours. Accommodations include the first and second floors. The grand main entrance is your private entry.
The main floor, a part of which is designated a Seattle landmark, includes a wonderful foyer, the living and dining areas, powder room, and kitchen.
A grand staircase leads to the upper floor containing a master suite with sitting room and en suite bathroom, and two other bedrooms sharing a large bathroom with Jacuzzi tub. The master suite has a queen bed as well as a sofa bed in the sitting area. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, and the 3rd has a day bed with pull out making either 2 single beds or a king-size bed.
The house was built in 1891 and is a Seattle Landmark. The yard has been set aside as an Urban Open Area, and a private back patio provides a great place to kick back and relax after a long day (or night).
A short walk away are: Seattle Center, Space Needle, Opera House, theaters, many restaurants (Toulouse Petite is a favorite), Olympic Sculpture park. Many guests have simply walked downtown on a nice day along the waterfront.

While you'll have the main and second floors to yourself, the owners reside in the lower level reached through a separate entrance.
