It's a short ride (via Uber/Lyft/Taxi or local bus) into downtown Seattle from our lovely home. We think the views, great neighbors, and privacy make this the perfect location to enjoy Seattle! Walking distance to Green Lake Community Center, which is situated on the east side of Seattle's enormously popular Green Lake Park. The park is surrounded by a vibrant residential and business district, with a library, restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. The biggest attraction to the area is the lake itself, drawing thousands of people a day to jog, walk or wheel around the 2.8-mile path that encircles the body of water. Other popular activities include renting kayaks and other kinds of water craft, and playing in one of the many sports leagues that use the park. All of our bedrooms have brand new mattresses and 1800-thread count linens to ensure you get a great nights rest. The whole check-in/check-out process is keyless so you can drive up at any hour, press a combination on the door lock and you're in :) We have two security cameras on the exterior of our house to help monitor packages and mail. Guest Access: You will be provided with a combination code to unlock the front door. Interaction with Guests: We're available 24/7, and have contractors on call 24/7 to handle any issues. The Neighborhood: Our beautiful property is located in a convenient and safe community. Please be respectful of this home and of the neighbors. This is a quiet community and as such we prefer that guests avoid loud music, parties at night, and hosting very large groups. Getting Around: Uber, Lyft, and Taxis are easily available 24/7 Other Things to Note: — We have many other gorgeous homes in many other awesome cities - just ask! IMPORTANT: please read and agree to all house rules. — Please note the check-in and check-out times. We can typically accommodate requests for early check-ins / late check-outs, but we can only confirm such requests 48 hours before the date requested. The reason is we potentially have other guests coming in or leaving the same day, and cleaners typically need around 5 hours.
