Welcome to my warm & cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bath Hollygrove home! Originally built in 1924, it was renovated in 2018.
It's got hardwood floors, exposed brick, a modern kitchen, and 10-foot beadboard ceilings. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a Purple mattress, and the master bathroom has a glass shower.
One bedroom is set up as an office, with a handmade, wooden-topped electronic sit/stand desk, standing mat, and kneeling desk chair. The other bedroom is currently empty save for a washable rug (serves as a workout room), but can be outfitted with a comfy bed if needed!
There's a Nest thermostat with Heat/Cool split and 2 sensors so you're always comfy, and a Ring security system if you care to use it. There are Google Home speakers in the living room and bedroom that you can use to play music, ask questions, or unplug if you prefer. :)
The back yard offers a spacious wood deck, table with umbrella, fire pit, and comfy outdoor furniture where you can work or just relax.
All utilities (gas, electric, water, Internet) are included. The property is professionally deep-cleaned in between guests.
Your new neighborhood is close to historic, cute Oak Street, and just a 5-minute drive (or 10-minute bike ride) from Ochsner Main Campus.
