This sun drenched house is set back from the road on a quiet street where you can relax & escape to the beach.
This house is ideally located on the fringe of the Coast Shops (Fresh Choice Supermarket, Cafe, Gastropub) at the beginning of Papamoa.
The indoor/ outdoor flow is an entertainers dream. The living areas & kitchen are north facing opening out onto 2 separatesunny decks surrounded by tropical garden.

The home has open plan living with new double glazing/ heatpump/ AC, three double bedrooms (one with ensuite toilet), bathroom, laundry and double garage (set up as a games room with pingpong table).
The back features a flat lawn for kids to play or there is room to park the boat, plus plenty of off-street parking. The property is fully fenced with a front gate.
On the ground floor there is the dining, lounge with Samsung smart tv, fibre wifi, well equipped kitchen with everything you could need; including dishwasher, Nutribullet, Nespresso machine with milk frother, ample bench space & storage.
Enjoy the outdoor flow to decks with covered pergolas on both sides of the living areas with outdoor lighting & festoon lights, with large outdoor table, BBQ, Solar shower, outdoor furniture, hammock.
There is also a separate toilet, newly renovated bathroom, laundry (with washing machine) and master bedroom with deck. Upstairs has views to the Papamoa hills, with two bedrooms (one with ensuite toilet).
The house has kids toys/ books/ boardgames to keep kids entertained. We also have a highchair/ portacot/ timber cot or toddler bed (for longer stays; please request so we can set-up for you)/ baby bath/ baby monitor & potty all on request.
All linen is provided; sheets, bath towels, bathmats and tea towels etc. Plus pillows, duvets, extra blankets etc.
