Summary: Upon arrival I was so tired that I didn’t even notice the shower curtain rod was ripped out of the wall and hanging by one side with screws and sharp wall anchors hanging. No shower curtain. Coffee maker was broken and there were ants in the bathroom. At check in the front desk staff were very nice. Next morning at checkout, a different woman was working. I told her the issues and she could not have cared less.
