Perfect for boating and water sports enthusiasts, fishing, family vacation or a relaxing getaway. Low bank shoreline is great for swimming, paddle boarding and kayaking. Public boat launch on north end of lake. Deck with patio table, chairs, and propane BBQ; lounge chairs on a large dock. All new kitchen appliances. 3rd bed is mattress in A-frame loft, accessed via a pull-down ladder.
