The gated community boasts private beach access, two pools (one being heated), a hot tub, splash zone, multiple grill areas, and fitness center. Walkable to grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, and the Silver Sands Outlet, this convenient location is sure to be the best launch pad for activities for everyone in your group! On the main floor, you'll find two spacious bedrooms each with a queen bed and sharing a full bathroom. You'll also enjoy an updated kitchen that opens to the comfortable living room with plenty of seating for the entire group. The dining area that comfortably seats six, and the laundry area are also located on the main floor. Upstairs is the massive primary bedroom with a king bed and a daybed with trundle. The primary bedroom hosts an office and wine/coffee bar area, as well as, its own private balcony overseeing the lush gardens below. Additionally, a small room upstairs has a second daybed and trundle. This cozy spot is great for kids after a long day in the sun.
