We are excited to share our newly renovated and fully furnished two bedroom and two bath home with large back yard! We are committed to giving you a fantastic stay! The home is on the way to beautiful Mount Hood and Multnomah Falls but is also close to downtown, it's a perfect location to check out all of what the Pacific North West has to offer.
As you enter through the front door you will be greeted by a bright sitting room. This is a large room perfect for reading your favorite book, or to spread out while playing any of the board games that we supply. You will also find our guest book and large guest map in this room, as we would love to know where you have traveled from. As you walk into the center of the home you will find an updated kitchen that opens up into the dining area, TV room and back yard. The TV room has a 55 inch smart TV with a sectional couch is ready for you to spread out and enjoy your favorite Netflix shows and Hulu (don't forget your login information, we do not supply a subscription or cable television). The updated and fully furnished kitchen is ready for you to cook your favorite meal or warm up your take out. We supply all sorts of spices, olive oil, salt and pepper and aluminum foil.
As you head down the hall you will find the first of two full bathrooms on your left. This newly renovated bathroom includes quartz counter tops and a wall mounted rain shower head. The first of two bedrooms at the end of the hall has a queen bed with soft luxurious sheets and goose down comforter. The master suite is large with a queen bed and luxurious sheets and goose down comforter as well. It has two closets, one walk in closet located in the bathroom. The bathroom is large and beautifully updated. It has a walk in shower with subway tile and wall mounted rain shower head.
In the walk in closet of the master you will find extra linens, two pillows and an extra comforter. The Aerobed is also located in this area for extra guests.
There is a large back yard and patio with a patio table and chairs with an over sized umbrella for those sunny days.
You will not have access to our private mother in law suite, with whom we have a full time tenant. It is located behind the house separated by a fence. The tenant does not have access to the backyard or the house. All tenants are background checked.
For your convenience, we have a key less front door lock that is easy to use to access the home during your stay. I will provide you with easy instructions and a code on the day of your arrival.
We have central A/C and heat. The thermostat is located on the right hand side of the hall as you head towards the bedrooms.
