One king bed, three queen beds, and and one trundle/roll-out bed for a family or larger group. Perfect for kids, the room with one queen and one twin trundle bed (a bunk bed and a roll-out bed) has a large chalk wall, colorful chalk, coloring books, doodle pads and more. High ceilings and open spaces throughout the house ensure plenty of room for everyone. The living room has a wood fireplace, large flatscreen TV with Netflix & Amazon Prime, and a private west-facing balcony. Large windows in the living room and dining room flood the house with Southern-California sunshine. The private washer and dryer are useful for washing sandy clothes and wet bathing suits after a day at the beach.
