The house is built in the 1950's with a fresh beachy minimal interior. The kitchen and bathroom are in their original style with 1950's retro. The home has a breakfast table in the kitchen with a table and bench seating- such a perfect spot to drink coffee and catch the morning sun. Then the larger living room includes a 6 seater sofa, large dinging table by and NZ designer and iconic Warmington Studio Fire.
In keeping with the beachy style of the home there is no TV however theres unlimited wireless should you need it.
There are two bedrooms (a king and double) and a third room which is a communal space but has a single bed and day bed (which a small child could sleep on).
The property is fully fenced and has a grassed front and rear lawn.
