This new modern townhome in Seattle is set up as the ultimate work-cation. It has an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, two suite-style bedrooms, a private office, and roof top deck with water and mountain views.
The modern kitchen on the second floor features an island with white quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and kitchen essentials including a Keurig coffee maker. Enjoy your cup of Joe and have breakfast out on the covered balcony off the kitchen. You can also stoke up the Weber gas BBQ and grill up some food for dinner. The living room boasts a 75" smart tv and a sectional couch that converts to a queen size bed. The large windows throughout let in a lot of natural sunlight. Rounding off the second floor is a powder room.
This home has two suite-style bedrooms with attached bathrooms on the third floor. The larger suite has a king bed with a Casper mattress, tv, two closets, a walk-in rain shower with a double vanity sink. The other suite has a queen bed with a comfy memory foam mattress, closet, and a shower/tub bathroom combo. The laundry machines are also on this floor.
This home is perfect for a flexcation. On the first floor there is a private office with an electric stand up desk, ergonomic chair, monitor, scanner, printer, and a waterproof antimicrobial mouse and keyboard. There is high speed internet and access to Hulu Live tv.
Head up to the roof top deck and enjoy the amazing views of the Puget Sound and Olympic mountain range. This townhome also has a small private garage and air conditioning. Our home is an end unit of the row of townhomes at this property.
This townhome is conveniently located. Starbucks, McDonalds, Ezelle's Chicken, a gas station, and grocery store are only 3 blocks away on California Ave. Explore other restaurants such as Zeeks Pizza and pubs and shops along this popular street. If fresh air and exercise is what you enjoy then check out Lincoln Park. Lowman Beach Park is only 1 mile away! The ever-popular Alki Beach where all the action takes place is a little farther, but it’s the place to be especially in the summer. You can go for a run, ride your bikes or electric scooters along the shoreline, paddleboard, kayak, scuba dive, build sandcastles, play beach volleyball, beach comb, build a bonfire, and watch the amazing sunsets. There are several eateries as well as water sport equipment rental shops along Alki Ave. If you are eager to checkout Seattle’s tourist hot spots like Pike Place Market, the Pier and Great Wheel, then you can hop on the water taxi at Seacrest dock. You’ll have an amazing view of the downtown skyline and Space Needle while taking this 10-15 min boat ride. The water taxi is also a great option if you are here to catch a Seahawks, Mariners or Sounders game. If you’d rather explore more Northwest nature versus city life, then take the ferry to Vashon Island. The Fauntleroy ferry dock is only minutes away.

The width of the garage door opening is 8 feet and can accommodate compact cars. You'll need to use the interior switch to open and close the garage door.
Air conditioning is provided via mini splits in the following areas. One mini split is located on the second floor (kitchen, living and dining area) and the second mini split is in the larger suite with the king bed.
Our townhome has several floors of living space. As such, we may not be a good fit for your needs if you have physical/mobility limitations.
