SWIMMING POOL:
- PLEASE NOTE: Because the pool is not fenced, the property might not be suitable for young children; adult supervision is required. It is guest's responsibility to supervise children during duration of stay.
- NO jumping off the waterfall jacuzzi area at any time.
- NO glass in and around pool area.
- When coming out of the swimming pool and entering the main house, we ask that you please enter to through the door located on the kitchen side of the house where there is tile flooring. This will prevent the wood floors from getting wet.
PARKING:
- Driveway can fit 2 vehicles.
- Guests can park additional vehicles on the street. However, please keep in mind that street sweeping is scheduled for Monday.
OTHER RULES/FAQS:

- NO smoking (guests can only smoke in front yard but are not to leave any buds or mess)
