Summary: We had booked a superior room but there was nothing superior about it! It was tiny; the beds hardly fitted. The shower room was clean but again very small. It was very noisy looking out on to a drive through McDonalds that was open until 2am and a busy road. There was no air conditioning and it was impossible to sleep as there was a heatwave at the time. We had to leave early because of this but there was no offer of any money to be refunded although the guy on reception did say sorry. There was no restaurant and no breakfast! The hotel was well placed for both bus and overground train. Also a reasonable selection of shops and restaurants nearby. The price was good but I certainly won’t be staying again!
