Welcome to my cozy home. We provide a completely independent space for your staying. It is very comfortable and relaxing. The rooms are cleaned, comfortable, and cozy. Well suited to small family & business professionals.
My home was built in 2017 in a very quiet neighborhood, mints walking to bus stops, safeway, café and restaurant.
Super easy to go wherever you want. Nearby parks include Collingwood Park, Aberdeen Park, Excellent transit is convenient for most trips.
The Space:
Quiet inner street, no cars passing by, better sleep.
You can use the entire space, which can staying for 4 people in total;
• Fully furnished. 2 queen bed and 1 sofa bed.
• Kitchenette with refrigerator,microwave,toaster，tableware, dining table and chairs.
• Free high-speed Wi-Fi, a TV set and a sofa.
• We do take COVID-19 seriously , wipe and clean all the spots with Lysol and disincentive spray to make our space clean and safe for the guests.
• All bed-lines and towels are washed, sanitized, and replaced after each use. One set of towels for each guest.
Other Things to Note:
No SMOKING !!!
No use of any tobacco products anywhere on the property. No SMOKING !! includes cigars, marijuana, chew tobacco and e-cigarettes. No discarding cigarettes, chew, etc in the house trash cans, or in the grass, or on the sidewalk, or anywhere on the property is not allowed.
• *NO UNDECLARED GUESTS. NO PARTIES. NO EVENTS. **
• One set of towels for each guest;
• Self check-in with code lock
• No shoes inside the accommodation;
• Keep noise to a minimum from 10 pm to 8 am;
• Please pay attention to garbage recycling
• Pets are not allowed;
• If there are any damages or missing items, the replacement cost will be deducted from your security deposit;
• Please check with us for availability of late checkout. The charge for late checkout until 2 pm is half-day accommodation fee.
• There will be No Smoking/Cannabis/Drug and No Partying inside the property. The penalty for violation is CAD $500
