This two-level home is roomy and bright, with soft carpeting, large picture windows, and river views greeting you as you enter. There's a window seat where you can curl up with a good book in the mornings and a wood-burning fireplace and a flatscreen cable TV to keep things cozy at night. Moving into the kitchen, you'll find a wealth of cabinet storage, a breakfast bar for three, and an eat-in dining table by the window. A gas grill, an outdoor patio with picnic tables and a firepit make it easy to dine al fresco in the cool ocean breeze as well.
