Our property is located in the College area, one of the most desirable and sought after neighborhoods in Modesto! Only 1 mile from HWY 99. You will love the relaxing, fenced and serene backyard for your time outside. Our place is perfect for couples, families, traveling professionals, groups, or even solo adventurers! $55 fee per pet
The space
Location location location ! This is where you want to be. We are in the heart of Modesto, you are minutes away from practically everything.
Aside from location, you will love this home's open layout. We have ceiling fans and recessed lighting in the kitchen and living room. You and your group can relax, watch TV, hangout and cook in the living room, dining area, and kitchen all together.
Just behind the living room you will find the dining table and fully stocked kitchen. We have a toaster, microwave and Keurig along with pots/pans and other utensils you will need to prepare your meals. You will have coffee, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and oil for your convenience.
Just outside the living room doors you will see the most enchanting backyard! It has a covered patio with seating for you to take in it's beauty. It is fully fenced and very private.
Bedroom 1 and 2 have queen beds and a full closet. Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds and a small closet.
Our bathroom has been updated with new tile and heated floors for those cold mornings ! We also have a pet wash station for your furry friends !
The 1 car garage has been equipped with an Arcade, comfy couch ceiling fan and dutch door ! This is where you will also find the washer and dryer for your laundry. We have some laundry soap and dryer sheets for you.

Guests have access to the entire home, driveway, front yard, backyard and garage from booked arrival at 4PM to checkout date at 10AM.
