Pool is heated to 78-80F between April 20 to September 30, so if you are getting away from the AZ or FL heat for the summer, this is the perfect place.
The house is very central and a 5 minute walk to the St Thomas School and 10 minutes to Medina Beach Park, and a short 15 min drive across 520 bridge to Seattle University District. Very Central.
