A fun and cozy cabin in a quiet neighborhood in Mineral, surrounded by plenty of things to do. There is a nice and clean playground for kids located in the neighborhood, as well as a restaurant and store. During the summer it is inly a 20 minute drive alway from Lake Almanor, and in the winter there are so many places nearby to play in the snow or go sledding. This would be the perfect house for a family to stay or a group of friends. There is plenty of space here to hang out inside or outside with a big backyard and patio. This cabin has been owned by our family for many years and has always just been a fun getaway vacation home!
