This beautiful home is situated on over two acres of desert, no homes next door so privacy at its finest. 14 foot ceilings and a wall of windows in the living room give you a panoramic view of the city and the famous fountain. Off of the living room there is a pool table with a reading nook and a half bath. The main part of the house boasts a gourmet kitchen , large table for dining together and eat in kitchen top seating. An additional half bath is also on this main floor. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with queen sized beds and a Jack and Jill bathroom with their own living room that also has a king sized Murphy bed. Down a few steps there is a whole Casita! There is one bedroom with a California king bed, bathroom, another living room with a queen sized Murphy bed and a kitchenette. Take a step outside and there is a pool (heated upon request prior to rental for an additional fee) perfect for enjoying our mild Arizona winters, 8 person hot tub, fire pit, BBQ and access to the full gym! The gym even includes a sauna! Every bedroom has it's own television with digital cable and WiFi throughout the property. Perfect getaway to truly enjoy the beauty and activities Fountain Hills is famous for!
