Summary: The bed was horribly soft. There was frequent pounding from the room above us. We paid for parking that was sometimes unavailable because local residents know the lot is not monitored and park there for events. (We spoke to people who attended the Krampus event.). The website said there was construction but didn’t mention that the advertised hot breakfast was a poor selection of “cold” breakfast items. Housekeeping didn’t happen on every other day, but we were able to get towels and tissues from the front desk.
