This incredible home is brand new and ready to host your family for a fun, and comfortable mountain getaway in any season. Bring the whole gang, spread out in spacious living areas on two floors or hide away in the surfer's loft/office/jam room.
This three bedroom three and a half bath home sleeps up to 12 people if you're bringing some extra kiddos. The official max is 8 adults, but if you have some under 10s please just let us know before you book and we can approve them. Beautiful new construction on the mountain in the Taos Ski Valley resort brings total modern comfort and rustic charm together. Room for dining, a big living room and gas fireplace and huge smart TV on the same open level with the beautiful kitchen lets everyone be together. The cooks are cooking, the game is on the TV, the kids are working up their best dance routines and the warm inviting vibe is just everything you could ask for for a family gathering space.
One bedroom with two queens and one full ensuite bathroom is in the downstairs, adjacent to a smaller living area with pull out queen convertible sectional and mini bar/kitchenette so it's easy to send the kids down to bed or for movie time while adults continue socializing into the evening. The full size laundry room and tons of gear storage is down here too.
Upstairs, the primary king bedroom with massive ensuite spa bath with shower, tub, double vanity and walk in closet is just off the main living space. From this room, walk out the glass doors to your private deck overlooking the slopes. A second bedroom on this level has a full over full bunk which can sleep 2-4 people. From the living room, walk up stairs to the loft, set up for additional sleeping on a pull out queen sofa sleeper, set up as an office/work space, or a great place to set up the music gear or art supplies and get creative.
Tremendous wifi makes work and streaming a breeze. This home is close to the Chair 4 lift on the back side, and just a mile from the base area as well. Parking for two vehicles on site is easiest and 4WD is a requirement in winter. You must be able to get to and from the house on your own, there is no transport or shuttles that will get you here. Many people meander with skis/boards from the house to the slopes via a bridge just downhill from the house and slide to the base area. Getting back at the end of the day is also pretty easy, though there is hiking involved, if the back side of the resort is open which is snow and condition dependent.
