Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located, fully renovated apartment. Close to Invercargill's award winning Queens Park, complete with golf course, playground and rose gardens to name but a few of its gems. Buster Crabb restaurant across the road. Bus stop at the gate. Very close to the Homestead Bar, restaurant, gaming machines and accommodation. Short walk to the town's shopping centre, bars and cafes. Or just climb the stairs and chill out while watching the world go by.
The space
The unit consists of two bedrooms, a separate toilet, bathroom (with laundry facilities included), Kitchen, hallway and living room.
There is a queen bed in the main bedroom, as well as a click-clack fold out sofa bed. There is a topper pad and mattress protector provided in the cupboard should guest be using the fold out sofa as a bed during your stay. There is also extra pillows provided. There are two bedside cabinets and two lamps in this room also as per the photos provided.
In the 2nd bedroom there are two king-single beds with a bedside cabinet in between and 1 lamp as per the photos provided.
There are plenty of towels, facecloths and bath mats to ensure a comfortable stay. Shower body-wash is provided, as is hand-wash in the bathroom. You will need to bring your own toothbrushes, toothpaste and any other personal hygiene products however, this includes but is not limited to shampoo and conditioner.
The fridge has a ice-maker and there are plenty of wine glasses for wine o'clock! There is a dishwasher too so no need to slave over those dishes all night either.
55 inch smart TV with sound bar and sub-woofer. Wifi provided. Netflix, YouTube and the usual apps also accessible for your viewing pleasure.
An air-fryer and rice cooker are in the unit as are some pots should you be wanting to whip up a delicious meal. Can you please ensure you pop any hot pots on the wooden chopping board provided and not directly onto the benchtop thanks. The airfryer sits on a glass plate on the bench close to the extractor fan so as to minimise any cooking odours for everyone's comfort, including those who come in after your stay! The extractor fan has lighting which can be left on at night for those quick visits to the kitchen for a fridge raid or a simple drink of water during the night.
Guest access
You have full use of the Unit, but not the garaging underneath. This is a private space. The free onsite parking is right in front of the no. 4 Garage however.
