Only the kitchen dares to be more modern, with original and refurbished 1950s General Electirc refrigerator, Okeef and Merrit stove, and Hamilton Beech products. This peaceful retreat features two bathrooms, one equipped with a modern shower and the other with a claw foot historic bathtub. Guests will appreciate the cozy heating system from two gas powered fireplaces, one with Batchelder tiles. The small sideyard and back yard areas have a fountain, a bird bath and mature tress for shade and privacy. While in the heart of a beachside community, area is however quiet and at night you often hear the seals baying by the pier.
