Situated in its own lovely microclimate, this historical gem has a private estate like-setting with a large backyard featuring several fruit trees and grape vines, creekside foliage and its very own windmill.
This meticulously cared for farmhouse has an open floorplan downstairs with living area, kitchen, dining room, laundry room and full bathroom. Up the stairs you'll find three bedrooms all with queen sized beds and bathroom with shower. The home is fully stocked with all the essentials you'll need to enjoy your trip. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac just moments to downtown.

We are located near the train station and some train noise can be heard at times. Mostly just the train horn and the last train come through no later than 9pm.
