The Master bedroom has a King size bed with dual aspect windows, one being a ranch slider opening onto the rear deck. The second bedroom to the front has 2 King single beds while a third bedroom has a double bed (very large single).
There is a large private lounge which opens out onto a covered patio with dining table, outdoor sofa, BBQ and Pizza oven.
There is a TV with free to air channels only and a comfortable lounge suite plenty of books for you to browse through.
The Kitchenette facility in the main lounge houses a fridge, microwave, sink, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker. (bring your own pods) Crockery and cutlery provided plus tea bags, instant coffee, sugar
The rooms are all within the Main House but an interconnecting door keeps guests totally private from the owners accommodation.There is a separate entrance to the rear with lighting down the side path.
The rear deck covers the whole of the back of the house guests have their own covered dining sitting area along with a pleasant area behind the main bedroom.The right end of the deck is where the owners Nuttha and Paul have their own covered area these are separated by the spa which can be used by arrangement(No extra charge)

The Waipapa Landing boat ramp, which is at the end of the Kerikeri Inlet, is just 2 minutes walk across the road.
