This Winnipesaukee waterfront home is set on half an acre of land with Northern exposure, 100’ of crystal-clear waterfrontage and a gradual sandy beach. There is also a breakwater and a dock that is able to accommodate up to a 24’ boat. Although the boathouse itself is not for guest use, you may still take advantage of the magnificent upper sundeck during your stay.
This light, bright, open concept, ranch style home offers 2700+/- sq. ft. of living space, a 2-car garage, sitting-room and wraparound deck with an outdoor shower. There are 3 separate sleeping areas and 2.5 bathrooms throughout the house.
Whether you are cooking meals or gathering with your group in the kitchen, dining or living area, take a moment to relax and appreciate the peace and solace found within the stunning lake views through the many large picture windows. The main level offers 3 separate sleeping areas to choose from and a half bathroom and full bathroom. Hardwood & tile floors and split A/C units as well as window A/C units throughout for cooling down after a hot summer day.
The lower level offers plenty of space for relaxing and recreation. Enjoy a cold beverage from the wet bar while playing a friendly game of pool. Or just curl up and watch a movie on the flat screen with the group after dark. From this level, there is access to the waterfront without having to navigate any stairs.
There is a $1,000 refundable security deposit that is required when renting this home.
