Your space is a Private 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Suite located in a daylight walk-in basement complete with a Living Area with a sleeper sofa, convenient kitchenette (includes a mini-fridge, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker & dishes/silverware!), desk, Washer/dryer, backyard, & more! Your spacious bedroom is nearly soundproof, there's on-demand hot water & sustainable cork flooring! The living room is fairly compact but comfortable, and separated from the main host residence by a staircase and sealed-off interior door.

Other things to note
We live on the property and do our best to keep noise at a minimum, but you may hear some noise from time to time. We abide by our moderate cancellation policy. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets. Please note, I have two dogs that live upstairs; if you have extremely sensitive allergies, I can't guarantee there is zero airflow between the two units since it's just a simple locked interior door separating the units. To access the unit you must walk around the outside of the house to the back door, which is on sloped grass/gravel.
