With 4 bedrooms, a futon in the living room, and 2 1/2 bathrooms, Chatham will accommodate 10 comfortably. The kitchen, bathrooms, and floors are new but the renovations have preserved the cottage charm. Amenities include new appliances, granite countertops, French doors leading to a deck, four LED TV's, WiFi, AC, sandy swimming area, and use of a dock slip. We offer long-term rentals during the fall/winter/spring.
