Summary: So while the checking experience was great. Jasmine was very helpful checking me in due to a late flight that was not scheduled to arrive before 4am and the front desk attendant upon arrival was the great. The next morning day staff was not great. I was told by both the people the night before that it was confirmed for a late checkout at 12pm. We had a graduation at uc in early morning that we to attend. Upon getting back to our room housekeeping was in the room and stated they were doing a service to our room as they had us down for a stay over. We informed her that we would be checking out that day late st 12pm. She immediately apologized and said that she would come.back after that. A short time later the front desk called and stated that check out time was at 11 and that we were late. I then informed them that both people I spoke to last night confirmed a 12pm checkout. They said that was not correct that they were overbooked and could not accommodate. I further stated that I should not be promised something by their staff initially if it was not true. She said she would speak to her manager. As I was getting off the phone, a housekeeping supervisor came by knocking on the door stating that it was past 11am and that it was past check out time and was really rude about it. As I was checking out, I informed the staff about my disappointment in the lack of communication. However they also did not seem to care about my experience and said they would work on that in a tone.
