Summary: We arrived late evening (8ish) on a Saturday night. The room smelled strongly like mushrooms— sign of mold— so we had them switch us to a different room. Front desk staff was very helpful and polite. Second room had minor maintenance issues (loose doorknobs and loose tub faucet). Went to have dinner at the bar and it was a mess like everyone had partied hard and left. Bartender was very slow and overwhelmed and didn’t know how to make the signature drinks. Food was just fine. Hot tub was nice. Our stay was comfortable but not the 4 star resort experience we expected.
