Enjoy an amazing trip with your friends or loved ones when you choose this spacious family friendly modern escape as your home away from home. With amazing views of the skyline and the White River just a leisurely stroll from your door, you and your loved ones are sure to have the best time. The ground floor features a gaming room filled with lots of board games, cards, an Xbox, and video game arcade. The main living floor is located on the 2nd floor and features an open-concept floor plan with wood floors and a stylish living area offering a 65” flat-screen TV and fireplace. You will also find three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and beautiful modern kitchen with a front patio deck attached where you can enjoy the outdoor fireplace. Another fireplace and sitting area is located out the backyard slider for more space and privacy.
The third floor offers another living room with a desk setup, a 65” TV, and a futon couch. The master suite includes a Tempurpedic king size bed and futon for extra sleeping space with an ensuite.
Gym with free weights located inside the Garage.
Basketball hoop and badminton for outside fun.
Fishing poles to take to the river. Salmon runs through there!

Just 35min to downtown Seattle and only 25min from the Sea-Tac airport, this home is perfectly located and minutes from restaurants and shopping. 5min walk to the White River…5min drive to Lake Tapps for boating, fishing and lake fun. Lots of hiking and parks nearby.
Mt. Rainier is only 60miles away! Filled with waterfalls, lots of trails for hiking and beautiful views!
In the winter we are only 55min to The Summit at Snoqualmie! This is an amazing resort for snowboarding, skiing and tubing for the kids!
