A recently renovated 3bd/2.5ba + office/bonus room Nordic-inspired farmhouse on the eastside of Bend, near medical facilities, walking distance to Worthy Brewing, and all of the shopping at the Forum! The home sits in a quiet and private cul-de-sac and backs up to open natural space with a seasonal canal that you can hear from the large back deck. This home sleep up to 6 adults comfortably and up to 8 people total. There is one king bed, one queen bed, two twin beds (bunks), a couch bed, and a rollaway cot. The rollaway cot and couch bed are best for small adults or children.
Spaces: As you enter the home, you'll be greeted by the light and airy feel of the home with warm pine floors throughout. The living area has modern furniture and a SmartTV, Bose Bluetooth speaker, and boardgames for your enjoyment. The kitchen is fully stocked and an entertainer's dream! Beautiful soapstone countertops sit on top of brand new modern cabinets filled with everything you need to cook up a meal. The dining room seats up to 8 people with a half bath nearby. The large primary room downstairs has a king bed, a huge walk-in closet, and private full bathroom. As you walk up the stairs, you'll find another large bedroom to the right with a queen bed, built in desk with peekaboo views of the Cascade Mountains. This room also has a huge walk-in closet and its own sink vanity. It shares a full bath with the office/bonus room. The office/bonus room has a couch bed, Smart TV, desk and chair. The "kids" room near the bonus room is outfitted with built-in twin bunk beds and space to move the rollaway twin cot which is stored in the upstairs walk-in closet. The back deck is spacious and includes a BBQ, outdoor seating, and picnic table. The backyard is fully fenced with a gate that opens to the open land behind the property. Listen to the frogs and bird watch along the seasonal canal and trail system just steps away from the backyard!
The home is fully furnished and includes all utilities, linens, soaps, and paper goods. Ideal for an affordable vacation just 15 minutes away from the hotspots in Bend. Also available as a monthly rental to traveling medical or other professionals; the hospital is just 1.4 miles away!
