This beautiful 2 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom attached single family style home is situated up and away from it all in a quiet little suburban neighborhood called ‘Harbor Pointe’.

TRINITY POINTE sleeps 6 comfortably: 2 in Primary Bedroom, 2 in Second Bedroom, and 2 in sleeper sofa in the second bedroom… perfect for smaller families or two couples. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom and there’s a public half bathroom downstairs. It’s a VERY AFFORDABLE retreat, work / play or vacation hideaway from the hustle and bustle.

TRINITY POINT offers a single attached d 2 CAR GARAGE with additional off-street parking on the driveway. There is a full-size washer and dryer are located in the garage. There is some beach equipment for your use during your stay.

KITCHEN & DINING: This fully equipped kitchen is quite spacious with tile backsplashes, newer appliances, and if you have 2 chefs in the family there is plenty of room to move around. The dining area is directly adjacent to the kitchen and seats 6 comfortably.

FAMILY ROOM: This spacious floor plan features a comfortable sectional, fireplace, coffee table, and a large flat screen TV. Wi Fi is included. Live TV and other channels are included.

OUTDOORS: The front of the home faces an open green belt and a lovely gazebo accessible to all residents and tenants. The common area landscaping is professionally maintained by the community association gardener. Each room has a balcony to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The front courtyard has a propane BBQ.

PARKING: The attached garage is easily accessible from the opposite side of the condo and houses a full-size washer and dryer. There is very little vehicular traffic so it’s quiet most of the time. If you have a small dog or small children, it’s a safe space to play (please keep an eye on the little ones and your dog on the leash at all times).

LOCATION: TRINITY POINTE is within walking distance of Ocean Plaza where there is a plethora of shopping, dining, theaters, and other entertainment. Dana Point is a city located in southern Orange County, California. It has one of the few harbors along the Orange County coast, and with ready access via State Route 1 (the famous Pacific Coast Highway or PCH). Dana Point and surrounding communities of Laguna Beach and San Clemente are popular local destinations for surfing.

ATTRACTIONS: TRINITY POINTE is just up the road from the O.C. Dana Point Harbor and downtown Dana Point. Located in the northern section of Dana Point, it is just a short 15-minute drive into the beautiful and 'artsy' seaside town of Laguna Beach. It’s also convenient and within a short 15-minute drive (or a 30 minute bike ride for the more adventurous types) from the historic San Juan Capistrano where the Mission San Juan Capistrano and the quaint Los Rios District is surrounded with charming antique shops, restaurants, and art galleries. There’s even a petting zoo for the smaller members of your family!

The city was named after the headland of Dana Point, which was in turn named after Richard Henry Dana, Jr author of ‘Two Years Before the Mast’, which included a description of the area. Dana described the locale, including neighboring San Juan Capistrano, as "the only romantic spot on the coast". Although Dana described the anchorage as poor, it is now a developed harbor and contains a replica of his ship, the Pilgrim. The Pilgrim is used as a classroom by the Ocean Institute, which is located at the harbor.
