You will instantly feel at home in this warm and welcoming space. Plenty of room for a large family gathering or a couple of small families. If you love to cook, you will love this fully stocked gourmet kitchen. Although there is ample room inside the house, the backyard offers even more space to enjoy, relax and play. Enjoy peaceful strolls along the quiet streets of the north end or head out for a hike in the foothills with access just up the road. Easy access to everything Boise.
The space
The home is essentially brand new, circa 2021. This place has literally all the comforts of home including but not limited to comfortable beds, anything you could ever imagine needing for cooking, a beautiful yard, great places for relaxing and gathering and located in the best neighborhood in Boise. For those that need to work there is a private office in the front of the house with dual monitor setup and even a standing desk if you're so inclined. Whole house has lightning fast wifi. Kiddos will enjoy the multiple options for play spaces including under the stairs, upstairs in the bonus room or our back on the trampoline, swing set or climbing gym. If you like fresh eggs, our chickens are some of the happiest we know and will gladly produce daily. Take a stroll through the garden in the warmer months and help yourself to fresh tomatoes or whatever happens to be growing.
