Panorama Chalet is a stellar modern rustic home in the famous Christmas Valley area of South Lake Tahoe which is famous for valley views and more snow! This 3 bedroom, 2 bath plus loft sleeps 8 total on 2 king beds, 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds. There is parking for 3 vehicles total. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs and a full bathroom with the loft, 2nd full bath, pool table and 3rd bedroom upstairs. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking your favorite meal. The lot is large, fully fenced and lined with boulders and other native terrain. This home is about 15 minutes to the lake and about 25 minutes to the casinos. It’s great for skiers as it has easy access to Kirkwood, Heavenly & Sierra at Tahoe. You won’t want to miss this cute home in the cool Sierra Mountains!

4. We cannot host extra people or allow parties.
5. We cannot accomodate extra cars, parking on the street or dirt.
- PLEASE NOTE: Neighbors may alert the police who will issue fines to guests found to be in violation. In order to protect this owner’s permit we do reserve the right to ask guests to leave this home. This is a very rare occurrence and one we hate doing so we do our best to warn our guests before it comes to this.
