The Space:
The pool guy is usually there twice a week. Most commonly Wednesday and one other day. Some of the twin beds listed in the bedrooms are roll around single/twin beds. 4 of the beds are rolling twin size beds, and these are kept in the Master closet. You can put these where ever you like.
There is about 1900 square feet of game rooms, between the two. Effective 1/1/25 the larger game room can be set up with 4 foot round folding tables and white folding chairs. Host your event here for $995. It can accommodate about 40 people.
Fenced loafing shed in back corner of property is usable. This home is out in the country, so you might encounter insects, venomous snakes, wild animals, and poison ivy, although we have never seen any venomous snakes.
Splash Kingdom Wild West is 12 miles away.
We are 2 miles to Stoney Ridge Villa and 3 miles to Dove Ridge Vineyards.
The detached hot tub is always free and on! The spa (connected to pool) can be heated for $35 a night, but may not get as warm as you want (that’s why we have the free detached hot tub). The pool can be heated to 78 degrees for $45 a night. The attached hot tub and pool will be the same temperature. The heating on pool is with a 3 night minimum. The pool takes up to 72 hours to heat, depending on starting temperatures, in the winter it can take longer. So give us lots of notice if you want pool heated. We have a heat pump on the pool, and this is ONLY effective if the outside temperature is above 60 degrees. So keep this in mind! There is no natural gas in the country, so we couldn’t go with a gas heater.
This gorgeous house sits on almost 4 acres. The garage has been converted to a game room and the 1500 sq foot metal shop has been converted to a game room. The gas fireplace is only for looks, and does not work (no natural gas in the country). The pool is usually serviced on Wednesday and one other day.
