This beautiful home is set on a hillside on a private lot surrounded by natural sagebrush, grasses and wildflowers with a special feeling that creates an inviting openness. The location is private and quiet, yet only a short quarter mile walk on a maintained gravel road to the amenities of downtown Stanley.
The interior was designed to have an open atmosphere with a very functional floor plan with an open living room – kitchen – dining area, master bedroom with a separate elevated walkout deck with stunning views of the Sawtooth Mountains from bed, laundry room, guest bedrooms and family room. You are always comfortable with the spacious propane fireplace and the hydronic heated floors.
This is truly the perfect place to come relax and enjoy family and friends and the Sawtooth area.
Location:
This home is a short quarter mile walk on a private road to the amenities of down town Stanley. This home has a maximum four car (4) limit due to its location inside the Stanley city limits.

The upstairs master bedroom has a queen size bed. The downstairs guest bedroom has a queen size bed. The downstairs private study has two twin size beds. The down stairs family room has a queen size futon bed. There are queen size air mattresses and comfortable cots for anyone who enjoys sleeping outdoors on the porch.
Bathrooms:
The upstairs bathroom has a custom tiled spacious shower. The downstairs bathroom has a custom tiled shower with an enameled cast iron full size bathtub. There is a large oversized hot water heater to accommodate our guests.

There is a reasonable supply of numerous consumable items provided. Such as, cooking spices and oils, paper towels, napkins, tissues, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, liquid anti-bacterial hand soap, garbage bags, spare propane tank. There are several games and puzzles for all ages in the upstairs closet.
