Summary: We had some issues at check in with them putting us in a regular room instead of a suite that we had reserved. Then we had issues with our key card working at the room they moved us to and ended up moving to another room again. They were friendly about it and not their fault with the issue with the key card. We were disappointed in the pool not being usable and it was not mentioned on the website. The pool was the main reason we stayed here. We were in town visiting our son and family. Our granddaughter was looking forward to swimming with grandpa and grandma. Overall the stay was decent. Only had the breakfast one day during the stay. It was an average hotel breakfast.
