Summary: The nighttime desk clerk, Mike, couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. The cleaning staff was lovely as well. However, the night clerk was very rude and the opposite of helpful. Also, I was staying there because ice caused my neighborhood to be without power, and our homes became uninhabitable due to the extreme cold. That started on the 25th. This morning I was informed that my room was now double the price. I told them I would call the news if that was the case. Price gouging is against the law. They took the price down. The room was clean and perfectly adequate. Just the above mentioned things made the stay less than enjoyable.
