Carriage house on 20 heavily-forested acres surrounded by trees, deer, turkeys, and other wildlife brought in by a seasonal creek nearby. No neighbors in sight - very quiet!
Small yard, patio with a grill, at least one garage parking space available and plenty of additional parking on a concrete pad as well as space for parking or turning a boat or camper.
Full kitchen with gas stove and oven.
We are 15 minutes north of Sandpoint; 30 minutes to Schweitzer Village; 45 minutes to Silverwood.
The entire house is yours: 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, and small yard. The living space is approximately 850 square feet on upper level up one flight of stairs from the garage.
The driveway is shared with host's home, which is not visible from the house.
Middle garage bay always available for guest parking. We sometimes store vehicles in side garage bays. Message us about additional garage space if needed!
This property does not have central A/C, but does have a portable A/C unit, thermal curtains, and ceiling fans. Summer temperature is managed by opening up the house at night when it's cool (typically 50's), and closing up during the heat of the day.
