The Space:
This new construction home is located in Crystal Beach, Texas, in the new Crystal Dunes edition (barrel 55). This amazing, Beachfront!, 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom house has everything you can imagine and more. Four bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. It sleeps 20 and has enough room for plenty of gathering. It sits less than 50 feet from the beach, with a walkway and has a beautiful salt water pool (not heated) and heated spa. This house has it all. The Open concept Kitchen, living room, dining room has plenty of room for everyone to visit, spend group together time, have family games and still have plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable.
The deck accents the house with a beautiful view of the Gulf. Sit on the deck and sun and listen to the relaxing sound of the Gulf waves as they splash onto the sandy shore.
Each of the 3000 square feet of this amazing property is swathed in luxury, from the iridescent tiles on the pool (not heated) and hot tub, to the comfortable plush and spacious bedrooms. There are large screen TV’s in every bedroom, with access to Hulu live streaming.

There is an outdoor gas grill. Propane will be available.
There are both types of coffee pots available.
Events are not allowed. Prom groups are allowed, max 20 guests, 3 of the guests must be parents staying on the property. There will be an additional, non-refundable prom fee of $1000, this will need to be added after booking. Please contact us for approval before booking.
Pets allowed, max 2 dogs ONLY, pet fee is $200, may need to be added after booking.
Must be 25 yrs old to book.
There is parking available in the driveway for up to 6 vehicles. No parking on the grass or street.
We do not supply beach chairs or umbrellas. We will have beach towels available.
