The nearly one acre property includes a sizeable grass waterfront yard, birch and pine trees, private dock, fire pit and two parking areas.
Seymour Lake has 3 miles of shoreline and rich wildlife. Loons, eagles, trumpeter swans and other birds make the lake their home during the summer months. The lake is known as a great rainbow trout fishing location. We supply two kayaks and life jackets to enjoy the water.
