This home has electric heat in all rooms as well as a gas fireplace in the living. Please note this home does not have a central AC system. Most homes in Montana do not have central air conditioning. There are 2 portable ac units located on the upper level and main. Guests of Homestead 8 are welcome to use the portable AC units during the hottest parts of the day. In the evenings, we encourage you to open the windows to enjoy the cool summer nights. To help keep the home comfortable, please close the windows and curtains or blinds during the day. For your safety, please only open windows when you are present. Fans are also available in the bedroom closets for your convenience.
