This is a remodeled three level, four bedroom house with three bathrooms (one on each floor), and private balconies off the bedrooms upstairs. The cabin is spacious with modern conveniences. The kitchen is well stocked and ready to cook for large gatherings. The setting is private with a large deck off the dining room, and a wrap-around covered porch. The bedroom on the main floor has a queen bed and private covered porch. The lower floor has two double beds and a full bathroom. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen and a single bed, and two balconies; the other bedroom has a double bed and balcony.
Included are: TVs, high speed internet, Weber Genesis gas BBQ on the deck with convenient access to the kitchen through double French doors. The yard is fenced and nicely landscaped with a large grassy area. There is private un-groomed trail, parts of which are under water or swampy during the Spring and most of the Summer. This 500 yard trail leads to the community trail system which consists of 100+ miles of groomed ski trails. Rates: Varies per season and days, please see our calendar. Price is for up to four people; $40 per additional person per night. Pet fee is $80 one-time charge per pet.

Summary: Rating it 5 for location, cleanliness, amazing hosts, the great deck and general property appearance. However, I wanted to add some comments so people are aware of one drawback. The two upstairs bedrooms are great but they do not have windows that can open and the air conditioning is not great. Each room has a white stand up AC unit in the room that doesn't do great at keeping it cool if the days are around 80 and sunny and make a lot of noise when they cycle off and on at night. We tried leaving them off at night but with no windows to open it got very stuffy and warm even though temps outside were in the 50s at night. There are doors to balconies in each room for safe egress but one room didn't have a screen door and the other had one but it left large gaps where bugs and even small rodents could get in so we didn't feel comfortable leaving them open. At a different time of year or if you are someone that likes it warm to sleep or can sleep through very loud, inconsistent rattling the bedrooms would be great. I didn't want to penalize the house for our inability to sleep because it really is a great place and I suspect the AC is not an issue most of the year. We just happened to have a few days in the 80s while we were there.
