Offering space for 5 guests with 3 bedrooms, spacious living room, dining room, large kitchen with double ovens and full bath all on one level. The East facing master bedroom features a California king bed gets beautiful morning light. Two other bedrooms are just down the hall. Off the kitchen is laundry and steps leading out to fully fenced 6000 sq ft yard with BBQ. There are lots of trails to walk close by. UVic is just a few kilometers away. Coffee shops and groceries are less than 5 mins away!
It is a wonderful, warm space to gather with friends and family. The beds are very comfortable with premium bedding and you can play a game of soccer in our large private west facing yard.
