4BR/2BA, 1850 square feet, 2 parking spots, 2 family rooms, and excellent wifi. Due to county law, I am unable to allow more than 8 adult guests, 2 cars, or renters below 25yo.
Ski out if the snow is good and you have the skill, short walk required if not. This condo overlooks the best mountain access point; the Stagecoach lift. In summer there is immediate access to the TRT trailhead right outside.

The upstairs has an open concept living room/kitchen area with a gas fireplace, bamboo flooring, granite tile kitchen counters and a dishwasher. Wall mounted flat screen TV/Roku will work for all your existing streaming services - just sign in (Youtube TV included). Upstairs bath includes a tub/shower combo and granite counter. Full laundry room is also available for guest use. Bedroom 1 has two beds, a queen and a twin. Bedroom 2 has a solo queen.
Downstairs is newly remodeled with brand new carpeting and a separate living area with a futon (counted as a bed) and flat screen TV/Roku. Bedroom 3 has bunk beds and includes a flat screen TV with PS3 and games-a great place to keep the kids busy for a few hours. Master has a king bed, an en-suite bath with dual vanities, and a gorgeous tile shower with a seat to relax in after a long day skiing or hiking or sitting on the beach. Living area also has access to master bath to make it easier for large parties.

There are are approximately 60 steps that are required to navigate in and out of this property and it may not be suitable for elderly guests and/or small children. There is no wheelchair access.
ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT MOUNTAIN ACCESS PLEASE ASK PRIOR TO BOOKING. If snow isn't ideal, worst case scenario is a short walk to and from the slope. Far shorter than walking to your car in most resort parking lots.
Hot Tub and Pool are shared amongst the community. No AC but you usually won't need it in the summer.
Gatherings and events that exceed the maximum occupancy of the vacation home rental are prohibited. Quiet hours are designated between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced.
You must be a minimum of 25 to rent this property. Sorry, Douglas county law not mine. There is also a 14% Douglas County Occupancy Tax charged on the nightly room rate. This will be included in your bill at booking.
