Completed in 2022 this one level cedar clad architectural beach is on a large flat section with private beach access.
With large decks on both the seaside and on opposite indoor courtyard side, you can escape the sun, or wind, at any time of day. It has both indoor or outdoor dining, each with seating for up to 8 guests.
The indoor courtyard deck has an outdoor fire.
The large kitchen and living area has another fire for winter and cooler evenings.
The house has 3 spacious bedrooms available for rental, two large bathrooms and possibly the best outdoor shower in Waihi Beach.
Other things to note
There are ample bean bags and a large outdoor umbrella in addition to the seated shady areas so everyone can find their own place to relax in the sun or under cover.
We also have ample boogie boards, kayak and surfboards for your use.
