Our space features an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area with large bi-folding doors opening onto a spacious outdoor deck offering uninterrupted views of the Kahurangi National Park mountain range — ideal for watching spectacular sunsets behind the mountains.
KITCHEN: The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances and staples so you can enjoy your culinary style.
LIVING ROOM: Comfortable furnishings and large TV, ideal for relaxing after daily adventures.

The master bedroom features a small outdoor deck and an ensuite bathroom with a bath, his-and-hers showers, and basins.
DEDICATED OFFICE SPACE: A small desk area is off the end of the kitchen. If you plan to do a considerable amount of work during your stay, please get in touch, as we have another building that could be of use.
The whole house is yours to enjoy. There are grassed areas and a tiled backyard, suitable for cooling down if you need to escape the wonderful sunshine on the front decking. There is also a bushy tree area down the front of the sloping section if you want to explore.
Please note that parties and events are not allowed. To respect other residents in the valley, we have a no-loud noise policy after 11 p.m.
Our water supply is collected from the roof, stored in large tanks, and goes through a UV filter so you can enjoy clean, clear drinking water. Please consider your water use.
There is an unfenced pond on neighbouring land, so children must only wander the property with supervision.
